Check-in time is 2 pm, while check-out time is 12 noon. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact our front desk in advance. Additional charges may apply and are subject to availability.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, the use of hookah is not permitted in the room.
Guest Identification: As a standard procedure, all guests are required to provide valid identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license) upon check-in. This is essential for security purposes and to comply with local regulations.
Heater charges will be extra. Rs 300/- single rod heater/per night. Rs 500/- double rod heater / per night.
Kitchen Last Order: Our kitchen accepts the last order until 10:30 pm. Please plan accordingly to enjoy our delicious meals before the cut-off time.
In the event of a lost room key, a replacement fee of Rs 300 will be charged. Please ensure the safekeeping of your room key during your stay.
Property and Amenities Damage Charges: Any damage caused to the hotel property or amenities during your stay will be charged accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation in taking care of our facilities.
Child Policy: Children below 5 years of age stay free of charge when sharing the existing bedding with their parents. However, charges may apply for additional beds or for children above 5 years, as per our policy. Please contact the hotel directly for further details.
Cancellation / Refunds
Cancellation charges for cancellations done before 30 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 5% of the rent and 95% will be refundable.
Cancellation charges for cancellations done between 16- 30 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 10% of the rent and 90% will be refundable.
Cancellation charges for cancellations done between 8 – 15 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 20% of the rent and 80% will be refundable.
Cancellation charges for cancellations done between 4 – 7 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 50% of the rent and 50% will be refundable.
Cancellation charges for cancellations done less than 4 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 80% of the rent and 20% will be refundable.
No cancellations will be allowed for current day bookings/ current day check-ins.
